Private 1:1 Session

Fifty-five minutes of undivided attention, on the reformer or the mat. Ideal if you are returning from injury, preparing for something specific, or simply want your practice looked at closely.

  • Progress notes carried from session to session

Beginner Foundations

Beginner Foundations

The gentlest possible entry point. Over four weeks and eight people, you learn the vocabulary, the equipment and the fundamentals, so that walking into any class afterwards feels easy.

  • Reformer set-up, springs and safety explained slowly
  • The core Pilates principles in plain language
  • The same small group each week, so nobody is lost
  • A short home sequence to keep between sessions

Your first visit

A few small things that make the first class easier. Everything else, we will walk you through when you arrive.

    Arrive ten minutes early so we can show you around and set up your reformer.

  • 02

    Wear fitted clothing you can move in — grip socks are required and available to borrow.

  • 03

    Bring water. Everything else, including mats and props, is here.

  • 04

    Tell your instructor about any injuries before class. There is always a modification.
